Brigid leads the Health Philanthropy Team and supports efforts to raise funds for the Anne Rowling Clinic. The team help both individuals and organisations to connect with the work of the Anne Rowling Clinic, as well as other Centres across the College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine, University of Edinburgh. 

Brigid has worked in higher educational fundraising for 18 years, with a focus on health fundraising for 10 years.
