Amy Stenson

Amy is part of the MND-SMART trial management team working on more effective trial designs to find new treatments for people living with motor neuron disease.

Amy joined the Clinic team in January 2020 as a Trials Administrator. This post gave Amy the opportunity to learn and discover the amount of work involved in the set-up of clinical trials and the communications needed within a growing team. As her experience grew, Amy was able to contribute more and understand the decision-making processes more.

In the Summer of 2022, Amy was appointed as Assistant Research and Trial Manager. This new post will enable Amy to further develop her confidence in her research role and give her the scope to make important choices to hopefully move the MND-SMART trial in new and interesting directions that are needed to progress MND research.
